Stripping out of ceilings, walls, glass and steel façade/canopy including doors, M & E equipment and floor finishes. New stone flooring inlaid with stainless steel trims. New coloured feature glazed wall. New glazed façade with motion activated glass sliding doors. New timber framework feature signage wall partially clad in plasterboard, finished with armour coat polished plaster, the remainder over clad in coloured toughened glass. New coffered ceiling to house feature lighting. New feature canopy above entrance, canopy constructed from steel framework fixed to structural soffit clad in coloured glass.
New reception desk built from glass and stainless steel panelling with corrian.
Bench top; including fitted heating, power and data supplies.
